It offers the perfect, private space to unwind and take a break from the world. We feel it’s one of the finest two bedroom units in the Kolea resort! The unit is furnished with designer touches and fully equipped for your enjoyment. Careful attention has been given to include the amenities most appreciated by our guests. You just cannot beat this condo for elegance, comfort, and value. Enjoy preparing your own delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen or grill your fresh catch or one of our famous Big Island grass fed steaks on the Viking grill located right on your own lanai! Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai may become a highlight of your visit!

The Great Room is spacious and has very comfortable seating and an entertainment area.

Kolea 11L is a second floor private unit that ideally situated within the resort with easy walking access to the Pool and Beach Club. The moment you enter the unit you notice the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and the beautiful ocean view. The living room has very comfortable furniture and has a large screen High Definition TV with extended cable and TiVo. There is also a sound system with Klipsch loudspeakers and a Yamaha receiver. The DVD player will play most audio discs as well as the video. The large pocket doors open to the lanai, which has a table and chairs for four, a wet bar, and a stainless steel grill. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and open space around you.

 

The kitchen area has plenty of room for the gourmet cook and features KitchenAid appliances with a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker and Keurig for your morning wake up. Quality is evident all through the unit with solid African Mahogany doors and cabinetry. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. We try to supply adequate dish-washing soap and supplies for your stay.

The First Master Bedroom features two Queen sized beds for flexibility and convenience.

The first master bedroom is just off of the entry and features two queen size beds with bedside tables facing a new 32 inch LG LCD television. The entry to the room has a wet bar and beverage center. The attached bath has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.

The Second Master Bedroom features a Cal King Bed

The second master bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables facing a high definition television with TiVo. Enjoy views of the water out your windows! The attached bath has a deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, and dual vanities. The phone is located here with free calls to the US and Canada.

The Viking Barbecue area is a great place to grill steaks or burgers.

Once you step out onto the lanai you will notice terrific views of the Pacific.  Once you sit down in the wicker chairs, you may not get up again for several hours. So, be sure you’ve accomplished all you want to for the day! The Viking gas grills are very popular with our guests who enjoy cooking outside.

The Master Bathrooms both feature full sized tubs, showers, and dual vanities.

All of the Kolea buildings have elevators and building 11 is no exception. It is less than a two minute walk to the pool area and the entry to the beach. It’s also a very short walk to the adjacent Mariott and Hilton Hotels where you can enjoy their restaurants. The King’s Shops are directly across the street.
